Your print book will be printed and shipped out to you when it is ordered. Your payment will be taken immediately from your Credit Card/PayPal account. When you place your order, we ask for your credit card details. As with all payments to Fruit Cove Media, LLC, these details are entered into the secure servers of our payment provider. They are not at any time held on our local servers. Payment is taken at the point of purchase.
Our digital books utilize Digital Rights Management to prevent unauthorized use of our copyrighted material. When the PDF order is made, a link to a PDF (Portable Document format) file will be provided for download. The final PDF book file will with the download instructions will be provided. An access code for the protected PDF file will be provided by separate email to the customer's email address. Each access code is permanently associated with each customer and limits the number of devices upon which the purchased file can be used to 2 devices. Internet access is required in order for the device to validate the access code. PDF books are not recommended for phones because the PDF size format (8.5x11) and layout are fixed. PDF documents are not flowable to accommodate smaller screen sizes. At least a 10" diagonal screen size is recommended to view the PDF books. To open and view the protected file, you will need to install the Javelin3 PDF reader application provided by Drumlin Security Ltd. at www.drumlinsecurity.com on each device. This app is also available on Google Play and the Apple app store. Navigate to the downloaded file and enter your access code when prompted. This process can be repeated on an additional device. The access codes do not expire.
Purchases by Florida residents will incur a 7.5% Sales Tax. The State of Florida imposes a 6% sales tax and the county imposes a 1.5% sales tax. These taxes are also applied to the shipping costs as required by the state and county. No Sales Tax will be charged for digital media.
You can cancel any order. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the returned funds to pay for the time expended to process the cancellation and fees incurred by the merchant. Please be sure of your purchases to avoid undue fees. Please email support@fruitcovemedia.net to cancel your order. Always reference your order number with all communications.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or process and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, unforeseen shipping issues or restrictions, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Fruit Cove Media, LLC prints its books in the United States of America and ships them throughout the world using a variety of carriers. When your order is placed, you select the shipping carrier and option that you wish to use. We reserve the option to use a similar shipping option that will provide the same or better service.
